It was a pleasure to welcome Tricordant / Frimley NHS to The Barn at Wexham Court Primary School. The purpose of the day was to create an environment throughout Slough that enables everyone to make positive choices that support the maintenance of a healthy weight and an active lifestyle. 

Many NHS campaigns emphasise the importance of a balanced diet and regular physical activity in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. However, this remains a challenge for many people. Therefore, it was an honour to help support our local community to work out what can be done to change this situation.
