Preparing every child to become a successful individual in an ever evolving world

Year 4 thoroughly enjoyed their Viking Workshop!

We looked at weapons used during battles, took part in a shield wall, looked at what kind of food Vikings ate through fun activities, tried guessing what artefacts were by looking at them closely and wrote our names in runes which we got to take home with us. It was an informative and interactive day, and we have lots of fun learning about Viking Britain through different games and activities. The pupils were enthusiastic about learning more and had the opportunity to ask lots of questions to enhance their knowledge and tackle their curiosity.
